• Educational content about retirement planning and insurance products

Alex. and Co. acts as an intermediary between consumers and licensed insurance carriers. We do not issue insurance contracts — insurance products are issued by the respective carrier (e.g., Marquette Insurance Company) and are governed by the terms of the individual contract.

The rate locked into your contract is the rate in effect on your policy effective date, as confirmed by the carrier.

Product features, terms, surrender charge schedules, availability, and other details are governed by the actual insurance contract and product disclosures provided by the carrier. In the event of any conflict between information on this Site and the terms of the insurance contract, the contract controls.

Alex. and Co. makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of rate and product information but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

5. Application and Personal Information

To apply for an insurance product through this Site, you will be asked to provide personal and financial information, including but not limited to your name, Social Security number, date of birth, address, and financial profile. By submitting an application, you represent that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You have the legal authority to apply for and own the annuity contract
• You understand that knowingly providing false information in an insurance application may constitute fraud and is subject to civil and criminal penalties

Submission of an application does not guarantee policy issuance. The carrier retains the right to approve, decline, or modify any application in accordance with its underwriting guidelines.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or contact form

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site exceed the amount you paid to Alex. and Co. directly, or $100 if no such payment has been made.
