• Beneficiary information: names, relationships, allocation percentages, and SSNs of named beneficiaries
• Owner information (when the policy owner differs from the annuitant): the same personal and financial fields listed above
• Replacement policy details: existing insurer name and policy number, where applicable

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics: Pages visited, session duration, device and browser type, general geographic location (derived from your IP address — not precise location), and referral source
• Firebase: Authentication tokens, Firestore document timestamps, and Cloud Functions server logs generated in the course of operating the platform

• Process and submit annuity applications to insurance carriers for underwriting
• Verify applicant identity and confirm eligibility in your state of residence
• Communicate application status to applicants and assigned agents
• Send transactional emails such as application confirmations and status updates

We do not use your personal information for behavioral advertising or any purpose not listed above.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Insurance carriers — to underwrite and process your annuity application
• esignatures.io — to execute electronic signatures on your application documents and deliver signed PDFs to you and your agent
• Google / Firebase — your application data is stored in Google Firestore; authentication and cloud functions run on Google Firebase infrastructure; signed PDFs are stored in Firebase Storage
• Google Analytics — anonymized, aggregated site usage data is shared with Google for analytics purposes
• Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP) — used to deliver transactional email notifications
• Law enforcement and regulators — when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or state insurance department requirements

6. Cookies & Tracking

Google Analytics places cookies in your browser to measure site usage, including pages visited, session duration, and approximate geographic location. These cookies do not identify you personally.

• Application data: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with state insurance recordkeeping requirements
• Contact form submissions: Retained for two (2) years from the date of submission
• Google Analytics data: Subject to Google's data retention settings (default: 26 months)
• Firebase Authentication data: Retained until account deletion is requested

8. Data Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. SSNs and other sensitive identifiers are stripped from client-side application state before any write to cloud storage. Signed application PDFs are stored in Firebase Storage under security rules that restrict access to authorized agents only.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. You submit information at your own risk.

9. Your Rights & Choices

• Access and correction: You may contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to request corrections to inaccurate data.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information. Please note that state insurance recordkeeping laws may require us to retain certain records for a minimum period, during which we cannot delete them.
• Analytics opt-out: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
• State-specific rights: Residents of Texas and other states with applicable data privacy statutes may have additional rights under state law, including the right to know, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
